Cancelation/Refund Policy : 

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your attendance. However, please be aware that due to the deposits and expenses incurred in planning this event, the following cancelation policy has been established :

CANCELATION PERIOD

If you decide to cancel your registration before 60 days prior to the start of the first event (on or before May 25), you will be eligible for a full refund of your registration fee, minus any processing fees.

Cancellations made within 60 days of the event start date (after May 25) will not be eligible for a refund.

 FORCE MAJEURE :

In the event that any of the retreat events are canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of nature, government regulations, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to offer alternative options, reschedule the event, or provide a partial refund as appropriate.

EVENT CANCELLATION :

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat  event for any reason, we will provide a full refund of your registration fee, including processing fees. However, we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs.

By registering for the in-person retreat event, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy. I strongly recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected circumstances that may prevent your attendance.
